1. General Guidelines
- We follow the latest Google algorithm updates and search engine guidelines to ensure sustainable and effective SEO strategies.
- Our SEO professionals strictly practice ethical (white-hat) SEO techniques to deliver long-lasting results.
- Search engine rankings depend on compliance with their guidelines, and we encourage all clients to maintain SEO-friendly websites.
2. Responsibilities of Clients
- Any website changes made by the client that affect SEO performance should be communicated to us immediately. Otherwise, we are not accountable for any ranking fluctuations.
- If a client engages with another SEO provider or performs in-house SEO, they must inform us to avoid conflicts in optimization strategies. Dual SEO efforts may negatively impact rankings, for which we are not responsible.
- Clients must provide timely deliverables as per discussion (e.g., articles, blogs, press releases, testimonials, videos) for SEO activities. Delays in submission will lead to delays in SEO execution, and we are not accountable for such setbacks.
3. Service Limitations & Disclaimers
- We do not guarantee specific rankings as search engines operate on independent algorithms that are subject to change. However, we ensure dedicated efforts to achieve optimal results.
- If a client's server is down or unresponsive at the time of search engine crawling, it may result in ranking drops. We are not responsible for such incidents.
- We do not take responsibility for negative SEO attacks, such as competitors creating spammy or black-hat links to lower the site’s ranking. However, we can assist in mitigating such issues.
- If a client has purchased paid promotional services from external sources, they must inform us. Google may classify certain paid promotions as black-hat SEO, affecting rankings.
4. Ethical SEO Practices
- We focus only on white-hat SEO techniques, ensuring compliance with search engine policies.
- We use organic strategies, such as high-quality backlinks, article submissions, business listings, and content marketing, to improve rankings.
- We do not engage in black-hat techniques, including keyword stuffing, cloaking, or purchasing spammy backlinks, which can lead to penalties.
5. Project Accountability
- If the SEO project is exclusively handled by our company, we take full responsibility for ranking and branding efforts.
- If the project is shared with another agency or managed in-house, the client must notify us. Uncoordinated SEO efforts can negatively impact rankings, for which we are not responsible.
6. Agreement & Acknowledgment
- By engaging with our SEO services, clients acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
- Clients should review these terms before handing over the project, ensuring mutual understanding and alignment.
- We are committed to providing transparent and effective SEO services and appreciate the trust placed in us.
