Refund Policy

At UHRS IT Services Pvt. Ltd., we aim to provide high-quality services and ensure a seamless client experience. Our refund policy is designed to maintain fairness and transparency while recognizing the effort and time invested in each project.

1. General Refund Guidelines

  • All projects are planned with clearly defined milestones to ensure clarity on deliverables and expectations.
  • Once a milestone is completed, no refunds will be issued for the work already done.
  • If a project is mutually terminated, the client retains all completed work, and any pending payment obligations become void. However, previous payments or deposits are non-refundable.

2. Cancellation & Refund Scenarios

  • Once mock-ups are approved, and the project moves into the working phase, no refunds will be issued.
  • There are no partial refunds for projects that are in progress during any milestone phase.
  • SEO and digital marketing services are non-refundable. However, clients can cancel ongoing services with a 30-day written notice.
  • If a project remains inactive or abandoned for more than 30 days, we do not offer refunds on any deposits or payments made.

3. Exceptions & Dispute Resolution

  • If any refund is considered under exceptional circumstances, it will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of UHRS IT Services Pvt. Ltd.
  • Disputes regarding service quality or deliverables must be communicated in writing so that we can work towards a resolution before considering refund requests.
